3. Nature of Products
ConsoleModSquad sells custom-made 3D printed replica helmets, made-to-order cosplay items, and collectible items.
Important:
- Custom items are personalized goods
- Products are not mass-produced retail items
- Items may contain minor imperfections or variations
By purchasing, you accept differences from reference photos and custom sizing based on your submitted measurements.
4. No Chargeback / Dispute Policy
By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is filed:
- You forfeit all rights to refunds or replacements
- We may submit evidence including order records, communications, and tracking information

5. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of custom work:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or returns
- No cancellations once production begins
This includes custom helmets, made-to-order items, and commissioned builds.
6. Deposits & Payments
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits cover materials, labor, and production time
- Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation and loss of deposit
7. Payment Methods
We may accept payments via PayPal, Intuit payment links, Zelle, or similar services.
By paying, you agree not to abuse or bypass payment protection systems or file disputes after production has begun or goods are delivered.
8. Payment Plans
- All payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable
- Items will not ship until fully paid
- Missed payments may result in cancellation and loss of prior payments
9. Production Time
Typical production timeframe is 2–3 months.
This timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order volume, materials, or complexity.
Delays do not qualify for refunds or disputes.
10. Shipping & Risk
- Once shipped, ownership transfers to the buyer
- We are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage
- Tracking will be provided when available
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
